By accessing and using DropHero, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

DropHero is an automation platform that helps Shopify store owners create and manage Meta (Facebook) advertising campaigns. Our service includes product synchronization, automated campaign creation, and performance analytics.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these terms. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or any systems or networks connected to the service.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DropHero and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

7. Subscription and Billing

DropHero operates on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DropHero, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. DropHero makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DropHero operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
